"What is your flagship brand?" asked Jolly. "Right now our big brand and our big focus, which was also our last acquisition, is Trevi Essence Water," said Heit. "It is in a very hot category with not too many big players," she added. "We are in the process now of going back to the retailers and distributors to do a relaunch of that brand."

"What happens after you acquire a company?" asked Jolly. "When we onboard a brand, the first stage is a series of operational assessments to determine what fiscal improvements are necessary," said Heit. "We then go back to the retailers and distributors that sold the brand before and plan a relaunch."

"One thing that really resonates with me is that we like to tie each brand to a social initiative," continued Heit. "It is a big part of our culture," she added. "We make sure each brand has an appropriate cause and ongoing positive influence in our community."

"Do you think you will be able to bring revenues to the balance sheet in 2022?" asked Jolly. "Yes," said Heit. "We already have an immediate upside and value proposition with our brands; they have already proven themselves as strong contenders with a proven sales history."

Jolly then asked about the Company's goals over the next three to six months. Heit shared that the Company recently announced the addition of a hemp-based beverage product to their portfolio, which they will begin onboarding this year. "We also have another very exciting acquisition being announced this month," said Heit, noting that the brand features a healthy, family-friendly product. "We are very eager to help expand this brand, which has a proven sales history with Walmart, Amazon, and hundreds of other retailers."

"This addition to our already robust multi-brand portfolio will certainly increase the overall value of Golden Grail Beverages," shared Heit. "We are continually evaluating all emerging beverage categories."
